FAQ'S

My jeans don't fit! Can I return them for an exchange ?

  • Yes absolutely. Please return your item within 30 days from the date you received your order provided the garment is in new condition, unwashed and all tags in place.
  • Exchanges of merchandise are subject to availability of stock and you can exchange for a different style if the size you require is not available. Any additional variation in price is the responsibility of customer
  • Fill in the contact us page & include your order number & date of purchase
  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees on return items and for reshipping on exchanges. 

Return Processing time:

  • Once we receive your package your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed. Please email us the item you wish to exchange for and we will advise if there are any additional charges owing. Your exchange will then be processed and dispatched.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

Domestic Shipping

  • Your order will be processed and dispatched the following day. If your order is placed on a weekend it will be dispatched the next business day.
  • We use Australia Post shipping and domestic orders should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • Your  shipment is dispatched through Australia Post the following business day and we will forward a tracking number via email. Your item should arrive approximately 5 -10 days after we ship.
  • Please visit Australia Post on line tracking system
  • Please be aware if your package goes missing, there's nothing we can do about it and we cannot be held liable.
  • Duties: Some countries charge import duties and other fees. Sorry we don't have any control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees.

Can I return sale items of if I change my mind ?

    How do I know what size to order ?

    • Please check the size chart provided. If you are unsure with sizing of the jeans may we suggest you lay your best fitting pair of jeans on a flat surface. Measure around the waistband and use this measurement to coincide with the same size measurement displayed on the size chart. If you feel you could be between sizes we recommend to select the larger size.
    • Alternatively our customer service team is available to answer any queries you may have.
