My jeans don't fit. Can I return them for an exchange ?
- Yes you can return your item within 14 days from when you received your order provided the garment is in new condition, unwashed and tags in place
- Exchanges of merchandise are subject to availability of stock and you can exchange for a different style if the size you require is not available. Any additional variation in price is the responsibility of customer
- Fill in the contact us page & include your order number & date of purchase
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees on return items and for reshipping exchanges
Return Processing time:
- Once we receive your package your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed. Please email us the item you wish to exchange for and we will advise if there are any additional charges oweing. Your exchange will then be processed and despatched.
How long will it take to receive my order ?
Domestic Express Shipping
- Your order will be processed and dispatched the following day. If your order is placed on a weekend it will be dispatched the next business day.
- We use Australia Post Express shipping and domestic orders should arrive 1-3 business days once shipped
- You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
- Please visit Australia Post online tracking system to track your shipment
International Express Shipping
- Your shipment is despatched through Australia Post the following business day and we will forward a tracking number via email. Your item should arrive approxmately 6 days after we ship.

- Please be aware if your package goes missing, there's nothing we can do about it and we cannot be held liable.
- Duties: Some countries charge import duties and other fees. Sorry we don't have any control over this and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees.
Can I return sale items of if I change my mind ?

How do I know what size to order ?
- Please check the size chart provided. If you are unsure with sizing of the jeans may we suggest you lay your best fitting pair of jeans on a flat surface. Measure around the waistband and use this measurement to coincide with the same size measurement chart displayed on the size chart.
